Basetao Spreadsheet Haul Tutorial – From Cart to Doorstep

Your first Basetao Spreadsheet haul can feel overwhelming. With so many links, batches, and shipping options, it is easy to make costly mistakes. This tutorial walks you through the entire process from finding items in the spreadsheet to unboxing at your door.

Step 1: Find Items in the Basetao Spreadsheet

The Basetao Spreadsheet is organized by category: Shoes, Hoodies, T-Shirts, Jackets, and more. Use the search function or browse by tab. Each row contains the item name, seller link, price, batch name, and QC rating.

Step 2: Copy Links to Basetao

Click the Taobao or Weidian link from the spreadsheet. Paste it into the Basetao agent purchase form. Add any special instructions (size, color, batch preference) in the remarks field.

Step 3: Review Your Basetao QC Photos

Once items arrive at the Basetao warehouse, QC photos will appear in your order dashboard. Review them carefully using our Basetao QC Guide. Approve good items, return flawed ones within 24 hours.

Step 4: Submit for Shipping

Select all approved items and choose Submit for Shipping. Pick your shipping line based on our Shipping Guide. Remove shoe boxes and extra packaging to save weight. Declare accurately but conservatively.

Step 5: Track and Receive

Basetao provides a tracking number within 24 hours of shipping. Use 17track.net for universal tracking. Once delivered, inspect your haul and compare to the QC photos. Leave feedback in the Basetao Spreadsheet community to help future buyers.
